1Medical, dental and visual
Federal Engineering Delivery shares the costs of healthcare, dentistry, and employee vision. We offer options for all types of plans (single, family, etc.).
2Life insurance
Federal Engineering Delivery offers employees 2x salary coverage up to $ 200,000 for free. Employees can also purchase voluntary supplementary life and disability insurance for up to 5 salaries up to $ 250,000.
3Disability insurance
We pay 100% of all short-term and long-term disability costs for all employees.
4401k
We offset employee contributions of up to 3.0% with 5% compensation and all company contributions are provided immediately at 100%.
5Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees have flexible expense accounts (FSAs) that provide pre-tax dollars for a variety of purposes.

Reimbursement of FSA health care allows employees to reimburse certain medical expenses that are not covered by insurance, such as invoicing, copies, or other cashed medical expenses.

Dependent Care FSA allows employees to cover certain expenses related to qualified care for dependents.

6Health Savings Account (HSA)
The Health Savings Account (HSA) is available to employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HSA). A HSA is a savings account with tax benefits that can be used to cover health care costs.
7Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance (EAP) program is provided by Mutual in Omaha. This includes employees and their family members who are directly dependent on them. The EAP provides free 24/7 access to telephone and e-mail advice on work, financial, legal and personal matters.
8Paid time Off, Holidays and Leave
At Federal Engineering Delivery we offer competitive paid leave (PTO) in addition to 10 federal vacations, maternity leave, paternity leave, jury leave, and more. We strongly support professional development and help employees with the costs of higher education, training, certification, and further education (PDU and CEU). We also assists with other professional development costs, which include: membership costs for professional organizations; registration fees, and fees and subscriptions to hardcopy and digital resources
