Description:
Budget Analyst - to assist in the planning, analyzing, managing and executing of fiscal resources. This support will include, but is not limited to:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Monitoring and reporting on execution status by analyzing transactional information and preparing draft documentation necessary to support contracting and budgetary actions.
- Supporting the development of fiscal program builds, track budgetary legislative Acts and appropriation mandates (including amendments), review and assess impacts to fiscal planning and budget execution that may result from legislative marks, organizational reprogramming, or policies.
- Conducting research and analysis to deliver reports and presentations in response to internal/external tasking and requests.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree with 8+ Years experience, Masters Degree with 6+ Years experience, PhD Degree with 3+ Years of experience.
